Our largest project to date is a district-scale building complex located at the centre of Szeged, one of Hungary's important historical cities. Due to its location and scale, it houses a complex range of functions such as office buildings, a private clinic, commercial outlets, sport and recreations centre, a supermarket and food court, 593 apartments and 1,100 indoor parking spaces.The architectural concept is maximally environmentally conscious, and carries this organic message in its design. The architectural forms were edited by examining their exposure to sunlight. The park and the vegetation placed on the buildings are part of the green concept that develops over time.Two geothermal wells not only make the project zero-emission, but also ensures the energy supply of the Public Institutions of the City of Szeged. With the help of the geothermal heat energy, the residential complex and its surroundings are freed from more than 5,000 tons of annual carbon dioxide emission. For this reason, Szeged is now the second "greenest" city in Europe after Reykjavik.
